CANCELLATION POLICY
As an existing client:
If you change or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of appointment time a $100 service charge will be added to your account to be paid upon your next service.
If you do not show up to your appointment a $100 service charge will be added to your account to be paid upon your next service.
New client cancellation:
As a new client to our salon we are required to inform you of our cancellation policy.
We require a $100 deposit to secure your appointment, that is redeemable at the completion of service.
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will forfeit your deposit of $100 and a further $100 will be required to secure a new appointment.
If you do not show up to an appointment you will forfeit your $100 deposit.
